Meridian may estimate applicable network fees but does not guarantee that estimates will match the final fee required by the blockchain network.

Third-party charges may arise from:
- banking partners
- payment processors
- blockchain infrastructure

Such fees are determined by the relevant third party and may be separate from Meridian's own service fees.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, published fees do not include taxes that may be imposed under Applicable Law.

- operational costs
Meridian determines the applicable calculation methodology for each Service.

Certain fees may vary over time.
Fee variations may result from:
- blockchain network congestion
- operational costs
- liquidity conditions
- infrastructure costs
- regulatory requirements
- third-party pricing
- changes in supported Services
Meridian may apply dynamic pricing where appropriate.
Users acknowledge that estimated fees may differ from final fees where external factors change during transaction processing.

Conversion pricing may reflect:
- prevailing market conditions

Certain fees, including blockchain network fees or third-party charges, may change between the time an estimate is displayed and the time a Transaction is processed.
Meridian makes reasonable efforts to ensure fee information is accurate but does not guarantee that estimates will always match the final amount charged where external factors influence pricing.
22. Suspension for Non-Payment
Where applicable, Meridian may suspend or restrict access to certain Services if outstanding fees remain unpaid.
Before taking such action, Meridian may, where reasonably practicable:
- notify the User
